Search are working with their client in the Aberdeen area who are looking for dedicated, hard working individuals to assist them for a long term assignment.

Shifts / Timings:
Full-time - 35 to 40hrsp/w, 4AM START TIME

Pay: £13p/h (£14.57 inc holidays)

• Cut and portion fish (mainly haddock)
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency on the production line
• Inspect fish for quality and report any issues
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
• Work closely with your team to meet daily targets

• Experience in block or single filleting is ESSENTIAL
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with sharp tools
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Able and/or willing to get to site for 4am
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team setting
