PositionSummary
The Operational Integrity Manager leads the delivery of integrity management contracts and projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution. This role is accountable for operational performance, resource planning, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring client side operational experience, enabling them to deliver with empathy, anticipate operational constraints, and align delivery with client expectations. This role also leads the operational adoption, rollout, and embedding of new technologies and products developed by the organisation.
Dutiesand Responsibilities Operational Delivery, Contract & Project Performance Management
- Lead the day to day delivery of integrity management contracts and projects.
- Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, budget, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Plan and manage operational workflows, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues before they impact performance.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
- Represent the company with clients, suppliers, and third parties as required.
- Negotiate or oversee negotiation of complex issues with customers, suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare project reports or executive summaries for management, client, or others.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Ensure safe and compliant execution in line with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in HSE activities, reporting, and investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement through process and workflow optimisation.
- Lead the operational adoption of new technologies, tools, and products.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to project and programme teams.
- Share OII Core Values and Critical Behaviours and work in accordance with those values.
- This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree plus fifteen (15) years industry related experience
- Minimum ten (10) years project management experience
- Leadership Credibility:
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading diverse, multi-regional teams - Minimum five (5) years program and/or portfolio management
- Fundamental understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Process Flow
- Proven experience in Client interactions and support of bid opportunities.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Working knowledge major business management software packages.
- Working knowledge of Enovia or similar document management software.
- Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 20% of the year.
- Ability to encourage and facilitate cooperation, teamwork, and pride
- Ability to lead and develop a high performing team
- Ability to manage in a hybrid/remote company
- Strength in project fundamentals and technical project management
- Strong background in project management, operations, or integrity management delivery.
- Prior experience working within a client organisation (essential).
- Proven track record managing multi disciplinary scopes in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
- Strong client facing experience with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Understanding of integrity management processes and regulatory requirements.
