Senior Leadership Opportunity – Chief Executive Officer

Remote-first work patterns, can be based anywhere in the UK / Germany / Poland - paying up to c.£180k+ package (including equity)

A rapidly growing international consumer products business is seeking a hands‑on, entrepreneurial CEO to lead and scale its European operation, with a global remit for growth.

• Full P&L ownership of Europe, with oversight extending globally over time.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing European leadership and commercial team.
• Drive market expansion across priority European territories including Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Poland, with scope to integrate additional markets over time.
• Lead product innovation, trend‑to‑market launches, and ensure the brand stays ahead of competitors.
• Personally develop strategic partnerships across D2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels.
• Oversee operations, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure scalability and quality.
• Remote‑first role, with some European travel as required.

• Senior leadership experience such as CEO, MD, GM, or Commercial Director within consumer product businesses.
• Proven track record of building and scaling multi‑country European businesses.
• Full P&L ownership and experience driving profitable growth.
• Entrepreneurial and hands‑on, with the ability to move quickly and innovate ahead of competitors.
• Strong team‑builder and leader, comfortable creating processes, culture, and infrastructure in a scaling organisation.
• Commercially sharp, trend‑aware, and customer‑obsessed.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
