Overview
Clarkson Owens Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading developer/contractor to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a major upcoming development in Aberdeenshire.
This is a long-term opportunity, with the initial running for three years. The first phase will involve the delivery of a large-scale mixed-use development, comprising low-rise residential flats and retail complexes.
Requirements / Qualifications- Proven experience operating at Senior Project Manager or Project Director level.
- A strong track record of delivering large construction projects from inception through to completion.
- Ideally experience working on projects in the North East of Scotland.
Salary is extremely competitive, with attractive performance-related bonuses linked to the successful completion of key project phases.
