Salary: £50,100–75,100 + performance-related bonus + benefits.

SSEN Transmission has a great opportunity for a tCNAIM Project Manager to play an important role in the delivery of a safe, secure and reliable transmission network in Scotland. You’ll help us drive innovation in how we improve, expand, manage and govern our asset risk‑based models.
Responsibilities- Lead the management, development, and implementation of the Transmission Common Network Asset Indices Methodology (tCNAIM) framework and its evolution to the NARM Methodology.
- Act as the key point of contact for the tCNAIM project, representing SSEN Transmission in industry groups and with Ofgem.
- Drive delivery of system and process enhancements, leading multi‑disciplinary teams and managing projects from business case to implementation.
- Oversee integration of tCNAIM models into asset management systems and support continuous improvement aligned with RIIO‑T3 requirements.
- Leverage Asset Management tools such as Invest, Maximo, and ArcGIS to optimise and deliver the strategic benefits outlined in the tCNAIM framework.
- Strong project management skills; experience leading teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- A degree in a STEM subject and substantive experience in asset management or a regulated utility environment.
- Knowledge of CNAIM and NARM frameworks, practical experience of asset risk models, understanding of RIIO price controls and Ofgem regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Desirable:
Institute of Asset Management qualification, Chartership status, and ISO 55000 experience.
