Education Centre Supervisor – Explore Learning

Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom
Starting salary: £27,000 per annum. London area weighting £1,000–£3,500 annually.
Contract:
Full‑time, permanent.
- Support the Centre Manager to inspire and motivate a team of tutors, unlocking their potential.
- Take a proactive and bold approach to safeguarding members and ensure the centre complies with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
- Help grow membership and increase profitability—working with the Centre Manager to improve local reputation and lead sales and marketing events.
- Tailor customer journeys with educational recommendations, ensuring members progress and receive exceptional service.
- Adaptable and resilient in changing environments.
- An effective communicator, expressing ideas clearly and appropriately.
- A strong prioritiser, assessing goals and delivering solutions in a timely manner.

- Tuesday – 11am – 8pm
- Wednesday – 11am – 8pm
- Thursday – 11am – 7pm
- Friday – 9am – 6pm
- Saturday – 9am – 5pm

- 27 flexible holiday days per year, plus extra time off between Christmas Eve and New Year.
