Starting salary: £27,000 per annum. London area weighting £1,000–£3,500 annually.

Contract:

Full‑time, permanent.

• Support the Centre Manager to inspire and motivate a team of tutors, unlocking their potential.
• Take a proactive and bold approach to safeguarding members and ensure the centre complies with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
• Help grow membership and increase profitability—working with the Centre Manager to improve local reputation and lead sales and marketing events.
• Tailor customer journeys with educational recommendations, ensuring members progress and receive exceptional service.

• Tuesday – 11am – 8pm
• Wednesday – 11am – 8pm
• Thursday – 11am – 7pm
• Friday – 9am – 6pm
• Saturday – 9am – 5pm

• 27 flexible holiday days per year, plus extra time off between Christmas Eve and New Year.
