Our client is a well‑established firm of Chartered Accountants experiencing a period of sustained growth. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking to appoint a senior leader to drive the continued development of the Corporate Tax practice.

• Lead and shape the firm’s Corporate Tax function across advisory and compliance.
• Develop and execute the market‑facing strategy for Corporate Tax.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing tax team, creating a strong leadership pipeline.
• Lead business development initiatives, securing new client relationships and expanding existing ones.

• Experience at Director, Partner, or senior leadership level within practice.
• Strong grounding across corporate tax advisory, planning, structuring, and compliance.
• Proven track record developing and growing a tax client portfolio with.
• Strategic leadership capability combined with a collaborative, hands‑on working style.
• Strong people leadership experience, with a passion for developing talent and building teams.

• A genuine leadership appointment with influence over the strategic direction of the Corporate Tax practice.
