Technical Supervisor

TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for a PHE Technical Supervisor to supervise a team within the Plate Heat Exchanger service department of one of our external clients.

• Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on experience with plate heat exchangers (PHEs) and shell & tube systems, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Valid and clean UK driving licence.
• In-depth knowledge of various types of PHEs, including gasketed, brazed, and welded models; experience with shell & tube systems is highly desirable.
• Proficient in the use of tools and machinery specific to PHE servicing and maintenance.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communicator with solid interpersonal abilities.
• Dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work activities.

• Supervise and support PHE technicians, ensuring quality and safety.
• Oversee service operations in both workshop and onsite environments.
• Assist sales with technical input and quotations.
• Coordinate job planning, resources, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
