A leading UK-based law firm is seeking experienced lawyers (3+ years PQE) to join its dynamic Energy & Infrastructure practice, with a focus on Oil & Gas

Role Overview

You will support a highly regarded Oil & Gas team, contributing to a broad range of legal work including:

• Upstream operational contracts (JOAs, transportation, decommissioning)
• Field development agreements
• M&A due diligence and transaction support
• Service sector contracts (drilling, seismic, offshore construction, EPCs)
• Regulatory advice
• Industry briefings and legal updates
• Business development and client engagement

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for lawyers with:

• Minimum 3 years PQE in Oil & Gas law
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Commercial awareness and legal acumen
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
• Interest in contributing to business development and sector growth
