They are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them and successfully manage their own caseload of the full range of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Mentor and assist less experienced team members, helping them develop their skills and experience.
• Oversee the Paralegals in the team.
• Be commercially astute, confidently meet/exceed fee earning targets, and identify and recommend other areas of the business to clients.

• Approximately 3 years post-qualification residential conveyancing experience (minimum).

You ll be part of one of the biggest and most successful property teams in Scotland, you ll be given autonomy to run your own matters and encouraged to flourish in a leadership role.
