Responsibilities

This role has two main sets of responsibilities: campaign support and automation support.

Campaign support
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns via email, social, direct mail and mobile including the creation of engaging marketing assets eg. videos and infographics using tools such as Canva.
  • Support the creation of content tailored by line of business, region, partner role, and lifecycle stage.
  • Create and optimise tailored landing pages for lead generation.
  • Plan and execute ongoing testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email and landing page performance focused. Effectively communicate results to team and management.
Automation support
  • Enable the partner marketing team to deliver on their campaigns by resolving Marketo support tickets raised relating to email campaign set up, smartlist builds, QA and bug fixes.
  • Produce accurate, high‑quality, thoughtfully designed Marketo solutions independently.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads and use datasets to uncover insights and identify opportunities to improve campaigns and processes.
  • Early problem solving and scoping - you will need to take the first steps to frame a problem (eg. With the Marketo to Saleforce sync) and develop a work plan for review.
  • Document technical solutions in a way that is understandable and usable for business‑oriented consumers.
  • Data‑driven with an analytical mindset:
    Confident analysing large data sets to find opportunities and uncover ways to continuously improve our campaigns.
Competencies, Knowledge and Behaviour
  • A passionate B2B marketing automation specialist:
    You love technology and have a knowledge of and enthusiasm for marketing automation best practices, emerging trends, and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketo and good skills with Salesforce. Experience in other marketing tech stack tools, such as Knak a plus, but not required.
  • AI‑native and early adopter mindset:
    Strong affinity for AI tools and emerging technologies, proactively leveraging them to scale content creation, optimise campaigns, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills:
    Comfortable supporting the creation of assets and content that drive partner behaviour across different channels eg. Email, social, mobile.
  • Data‑driven with an analytical mindset:
    Confident analysing large data sets to find opportunities and uncover ways to continuously improve our campaigns.
  • Tireless, results‑driven mentality:
    Able to continually critique and optimise performance with a positive mindset.
  • Experience with data modelling, database design, and segmentation techniques.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
  • Develop and maintain campaign documentation to ensure seamless collaboration between the Partner Marketing team and Marketing Operations
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience working directly in Marketo to execute B2B marketing campaigns
  • Proficient knowledge of Marketo and solid working skills with Salesforce
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • CRM platform experience beyond Salesforce
  • Content creation and copywriting.
  • Marketo Certified Expert certification
