We are hiring an experienced Content Specialist III to support a global technology platform in refining and optimizing AI-driven content experiences across digital products.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in AI content strategy, system prompting (LLMs), operational execution, and data-driven decision-making
. You will work cross-functionally with product and content teams to improve user experience and scale impactful processes.

• Develop and implement content guidelines for AI model evaluation
• Ensure quality, accuracy, scalability, and consistency
• Write, refine, and optimize system prompts
• Improve large language model outputs for specific product use cases

• Manage work streams, timelines, and deliverables
• Build lightweight, repeatable workflows and scalable content templates

• Analyze complex datasets for trends and insights
• Deliver clear, actionable reports for stakeholders

• Partner with product, content, and operational teams
• Proven experience in AI content strategy and LLM prompt development
• Strong editorial judgment (grammar, tone, clarity)
• Experience analyzing datasets and presenting insights
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content discovery ecosystems
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
