OneStream Planning Manager

Henderson Drake is supporting a specialist One Stream consultancy that is trusted to deliver some of the most demanding planning and forecasting programmes in the market. The business operates at an enterprise scale with finance leaders to design planning solutions that genuinely support decision-making.

This position sits at the heart of delivery. You’ll be responsible for steering planning work streams, setting technical direction, and remaining hands-on where it matters most. It’s a role for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and influence across both solution design and client outcomes, without being pulled away from the detail.

• Lead full lifecycle One Stream Planning implementations, from discovery through go-live and optimisation
• Design integrated planning models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Own configuration of One Stream components including metadata, workflows, business rules, cube views, and dashboards
• Work closely with client finance teams to strengthen FP&A processes and planning governance
• Oversee integrations with ERP and upstream data sources
• Run design workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer
• Act as the technical and functional lead across delivery teams, setting standards and ensuring quality

• 3+ years of hands-on One Stream implementation experience with a strong planning focus
• Solid understanding of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
• Confidence designing and building complex financial models within One Stream
• Strong client-facing skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
• Exposure to regulated or complex environments is helpful but not essential
• One Stream certifications are beneficial, not required
