Information Technology Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in supporting one of our esteemed clients. This role is onsite in Aberdeen, UK, and requires immediate onboarding
. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a technical interview
, so strong hands‑on experience with the listed technologies is essential.

• Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot Windows OS
  , hardware, and software issues
• Perform OS imaging, device setup, and deployments
• Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Manage and resolve tickets using Service Now
• Support printers, industrial scanners, and AV solutions
• Deliver VIP / Executive support
• Ensure adherence to project and compliance standards

• Microsoft 365 (M365)
• Service Now
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems
• AV solution support
• Industrial scanner support
