Overview
A leading IT services firm seeks a Service Desk Analyst L2 in Aberdeen, UK. This role focuses on incident management, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective end-user support.
Responsibilities- Manage incident processes and resolve escalated issues to maintain service performance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems for end users.
- Support end-user computing including O365 administration.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality IT support.
- At least 3 years of service desk experience.
- ITIL certification.
