The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen are looking for a Hotel Receptionist. As our Receptionist
, you are the first and last person our guests see, so we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey.

As a receptionist, you will have exceptional people skills, be comfortable with standard PC systems and have a passion for helping people.

• Deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey.
• Be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience.
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.

• An excellent interpersonal skill and able to connect with others.
• Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist is preferred, or a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekend work. Typical shifts are 07:00-15:30 or 14:30-23:00, as the business requires.
