Are you passionate about the art of pastry and creating exceptional culinary experiences? Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our talented Pastry team. At Four Seasons, we pride ourselves on providing world‑class hospitality infused with local, seasonal flavours. As a Demi Chef de Partie within our pastry kitchen, you'll play a key role in producing high‑quality desserts, pastries and baked goods for our restaurants, afternoon tea, in‑room dining and banqueting.

You'll support the Pastry Chef team in maintaining exceptional standards, ensuring each dish reflects creativity, precision and consistency.

• Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally within a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Strong foundational pastry skills and a passion for developing your craft.
• Creativity, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong team spirit.
