We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will provide excellent customer service, handle bookings, and assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Maintain up-to-date guest records and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
  • Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions securely
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Adhere to hotel policies, health & safety, and data protection standards
