We are looking for a skilled and personable Spa Therapist to provide high‑quality treatments and exceptional customer service, helping guests relax, rejuvenate, and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and beauty therapies
  • Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms
  • Ensure all treatments comply with health and safety regulations and company protocols
  • Promote spa products and retail items to enhance guest experience and boost sales
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately and confidentially
  • Maintain a calm and welcoming environment to enhance guest relaxation
  • Attend regular training and development sessions to keep skills up to date
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and elevate any concerns as necessary
