An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinic Co‑ordinator to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) & Parent and Infant Mental Health Service (PIMHS) in NHS Grampian.
The post holder will play an important role in the co‑ordination of the clinics held within each of these services, such as the CAMHS ADHD clinic and Choice clinic, contributing to an efficient and patient‑centred approach to the running of these clinics. They will support both administrative and clinical colleagues with the structure of the clinics, working with Trak Care to ensure a smooth and streamlined process is in place.
In addition, the post holder will support the analysis of CAMHS and PIMHS data, interpreting key information from patient recording systems such as Trak Care, Sci‑Store and Ccube. Opportunities exist to support data requirements for Freedom of Information requests, feedback and adverse events across the CAMHS and PIMHS services.
We are looking for a proactive candidate with excellent communication skills who thrives in a busy and varied role. The successful candidate will work autonomously yet be a confident team player, managing workload with minimal supervision and prioritising daily tasks to meet service needs.
Applicants should have strong organisational and computer skills, be confident in using IT systems, and possess good knowledge of NHS systems such as Trak Care and BOXI.
This is a full‑time post, working Monday to Friday. The post holder may be based at either the Links Unit, City Hospital, Aberdeen or The Rowan Centre, Glassgreen Centre, Elgin, depending on the preferred location.

Additional Information for CandidatesAs of 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
