Our care home, nestled in the tranquil Craigiebuckler area of Aberdeen, offers distinguished care services tailored to a variety of needs, including Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite, and Palliative care. With a capacity for 81 residents, we provide a serene and supportive environment where personalized care meets exceptional living.

Are you someone who thrives on creativity and enjoys making a positive impact on others? We re searching for a dynamic Activities Lead to bring fun and fulfilment to our residents  lives. In this role, you ll partner with the Home Manager to design and implement a wide range of engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents.

• Activity Planning & Execution:
  Design and lead monthly and individual activity programs that cater to a variety of interests, helping residents maintain their hobbies and discover new ones.
• Promote Social Interaction:
  Facilitate social opportunities that encourage residents to connect and enjoy their time in the care home.
• Maintain Accurate Records:
  Keep detailed records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets the needs of our residents.

• Event Planning Expertise: A proven ability to develop and organize diverse activities and events.
• Creative Flair: A friendly, creative, and confident personality that can engage and inspire residents.
• Passion for Elderly Care: A genuine interest in improving the quality of life for the elderly.
• Strong Communication:
  Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the confidence to lead and work as part of a team.
• Independent & Proactive:
  Ability to work on your own initiative, bringing fresh ideas to life.
