Position: KM233250 - Clinic Coordinator
Location: Aberdeen City

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinic Co-Ordinator to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) & Parent and Infant Mental Health Service (PIMHS) in NHS Grampian.

The post holder will play an important role in the co‑ordination of the clinics held within each of these services, for example the CAMHS ADHD clinic and Choice clinic, contributing to the efficient and patient‑centred approach to the running of these clinics. The post holder will support both administrative and clinical colleagues with the structure of the clinics, working with Trakcare to ensure a smooth and streamlined process is in place.

The post holder will also support in the analysis of CAMHS and PIMHS data, and will provide an important role in interpreting key information from patient recording systems such as Trakcare, Sci‑Store and Ccube. There will be opportunities for the successful candidate to support with data requirements to respond to Freedom of Information Requests, feedback and adverse events across the CAMHS and PIMHS services.

We are looking for a proactive candidate who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a busy and varied role. The successful candidate will work autonomously but should also be a confident team player. Candidates should be able to manage their workload with minimal supervision and should have the ability to prioritise their daily workload to meet service needs.

Applicants should have strong organisational and computer skills and be confident in their use of IT systems. Candidates should have good knowledge of NHS systems, as the role will involve using systems such as Trak Care and BOXI on a daily basis.

This is a full‑time post, working Monday to Friday.

The post holder could be based at either the Links Unit, City Hospital, Aberdeen or The Rowan Centre, Glassgreen Centre, Elgin, dependent on the successful applicant’s preferred location.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
