• Deliver physical, psychological, and social care to residents
• Create tailored care plans and conduct risk assessments
• Provide medication safely and in line with regulatory frameworks
• Use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions

• Experience producing care plans and detailed risk assessments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines

• Essential:
  Current NMC registration, knowledge of clinical practices, experience with care plans and risk assessments

  Broader experience in care home nursing and regulatory compliance
