Putting People First Programme

Band 4: £30,353 - £33,016

Full time, fixed term 23 months or secondment

There are two posts available for this role.

This role will work as part of a team to deliver a new and innovative approach to listening and acting on what really matters to people in our care through the delivery of Real Time Feedback Loops.

The appointee will work with point of care teams, patients and the public, to gather and share information to promote rapid change and an enhanced understanding of the experiences of individuals using our services.

We are looking for two highly motivated and organised people who are confident and who have exceptional interpersonal skills. They will be instrumental in on‑boarding new areas to help ensure the spread of the programme.

This post is part of the Putting People First programme NHS Grampian’s new approach to how we listen to and involve people. This post has been funded through the generous donations made to NHS Grampian Charity, the official charity of the health board.
