Located in Aberdeen, Dee View Court is a 43-bed specialist care home providing expert neurorehabilitation and long-term care for adults with complex needs. Our highly skilled team delivers compassionate, person-led support in a calm, homely environment, where residents are empowered to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

What We Offer

What You Will Do

As a Care Assistant at Dee View Court, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents with complex needs. You will support daily routines, promote independence and wellbeing, and help ensure each resident’s care plan is followed with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. From encouraging social interaction to ensuring nutritional and emotional needs are met, your presence will make a meaningful difference every day.

What We’re Looking For

• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)
• At least 6 months of care experience is ideal, though we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a genuine passion for care
• A kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting individuals with complex health needs
• Strong values of integrity, teamwork and respect for others
• Good communication and a proactive, positive attitude
