Treasury Manager

We’re hiring a Treasury Manager on behalf of our client, as they recruit into this newly created role to work closely with finance leadership to support financial planning, risk management, and efficient treasury operations.

A key focus of the role will be establishing and developing a robust treasury function, including building processes, controls, and reporting frameworks and is ideal for someone who thrives on shaping strategy, improving processes, and taking full ownership of treasury operations across a growing organisation.

• Lead daily treasury operations, ensuring strong liquidity and effective cash management.
• Develop short‑term cash flow forecasts and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Manage intercompany funding and streamline group‑wide balances.
• Maintain banking relationships and oversee bank mandates.
• Manage asset‑based lending facilities and monitor covenant compliance.
• Support M&A activity from a treasury perspective.
• Assess financial risk and contribute to potential hedging strategies.

• 5+ years’ experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who works well across functions.
• Knowledge of treasury systems, banking regulations, and financial instruments.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar (preferred).
