** We are looking for a motivated and confident Finance Officer to join Coleg Gwent on a temporary contract. This is an opportunity to assist the finance team with all central finance functions, including debt management, preparing financial data and maintaining finance records. You’ll ensure that learners are charged the appropriate amounts for their courses, trips, materials or other things they may need.
You will support the wider College with maintaining finance records so that they have a clear picture of the financial situation at the College. This is a great opportunity for a self-confident and flexible person to gain experience in finance.
The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.

Lecturing posts will require a teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE) or the willingness to attain one with a specified period of time. This will be a requirement under your contract of employment and EWC registration.
