The Deals Tax team works closely with the Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of all aspects of transactions including Mergers & Acquisition, Business Recovery Services and Real Estate. Relationships extend far beyond transactions. The Post Deals Services team (PDS) is part of the Deals Team. Its purpose is to help clients manage and drive value post‑transaction by working collaboratively across specialisms and help clients succeed at all stages of the deal life cycle.

• Start managing UK corporate tax relationships with a range of clients with complex tax situations from day one
