Temporary Customer Services Assistant

Currently studying an associate degree or higher.

At least 1 year of experience in the customer services field.

Good communication skills and competence in both verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English.

Hands‑on PC skills including MS Word and Excel.

Problem‑solving skills and good listening skills to tailor the best solution according to customers and potential customers' needs.

Capable of pleasant work under pressure with attention to detail, positive attitude, and high integrity.

Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

A good team player with good interpersonal skills.

Willing to work on shift duty (Day Time). Immediate availability is highly preferred.
