Programme Test Manager​/Engineer

We are seeking a Programme Test Manager/Engineer for a contract, on-site position based in Aberdeen. The role involves leading testing activities for new and existing systems, overseeing the end-to-end testing lifecycle to ensure quality assurance. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing test plans, identifying and resolving defects, and maintaining testing documentation to industry standards. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of systems that meet operational requirements.

• Experience in test management, test planning, and test execution, including defect detection and resolution
• Proficiency in systems engineering, quality assurance processes, and software testing tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as developers, project managers, and operations teams
• Effective communication and documentation skills to articulate technical information clearly
• Background in aviation, air traffic control systems, or a related technical field is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance and adhering to safety standards is a plus
