Hardware electro-mechanical engineer with inkjet printing background. The role will include fault investigation and resolution, escalation and preventative maintenance. Some previous experience of a digital printing environment is essential as well as good all-round IT skills.

• Electro-mechanical HND – or Relevant Industry experience
• Full driving license and passport
• Product and industry knowledge to include:
  Wide Format, Inkjet, Digital Print
• IT and print related applications
• Windows operating system
• Training and Presentation skills
• Problem solving

• Fault investigation, escalation and resolution
• Preventive maintenance servicing
• Installations
• Extended support
  
  On-site and remote customer support
• Paperwork, administration and procedures
• Exhibition support
• Communication
