BEMS Support Engineer – Aberdeen based

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement between ourselves and our customers.
• Produce concise reports from PPM visits to be submitted promptly in line with KPI’s from our customers.
• Keep various schedules and trackers of maintenance works up to date for visibility of both BMSI and our customers.
• Carry out small repairs & remedial works.
• Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure.
• Document service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions.

• Familiar with Trend & IQ Vision. Experience with Tridium, Schneider Eco Struxure, ALC or similar systems would be advantageous; training will be provided where needed.
• Experience working within the building controls industry with an understanding of mechanical plant; time spent in data centre environments is advantageous.
• Proven diagnostic skills with the ability to systematically identify and resolve technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Located within comfortable travelling distance of Aberdeen.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Hold a CSCS skill card or equivalent.
• PC literate.
• On-call for emergency or breakdown purposes on a rota basis.
