HSEQ Advisor

A growing engineering services provider is seeking a HSEQ Advisor to join its team in Aberdeen on a permanent full-time basis.

As Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor, you'll lead safety briefings and inductions, support permit controls, ensure compliance through inspections and documentation, assist with incident management, and contribute to audits, training, and overall HSEQ administration.

This opportunity is suited to someone who is seeking career development and is eager to work in a hands‑on role within a dynamic and fast‑paced industrial environment. It is essential that you hold a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or are on your way to acquiring NEBOSH certification, and experience within engineering, fabrication, construction, or marine / industrial sectors is beneficial.

You will have strong communication skills, attention to detail and be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn. The position is well suited to candidates currently in a trainee, assistant or co‑ordinator role looking to make a move into an Advisor position.
