Overview
Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world Wood is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Build Engineer to support client’s operations & maintenance team on a permanent staff basis. Hybrid working with expectation of working 3 days from our Aberdeen office.
Responsibilities- Attend all project kick-off meetings
- Adhere to client Capital Projects and Internal Modifications Maintenance Build Procedure
- Manage all project maintenance build actions in Client Management of Change system (KMS)
- Responsible for implementation and quality control of project MMS master data for completeness and accuracy i.e. Asset Register, Plant Maintenance module, Materials
- Ensure all project maintenance build updates are aligned with current client maintenance build philosophies, strategies and criticality procedures
- Update Client and Wood E&C project close out trackers at construction and as built stage
- Support the project MMS change requests, change management audit process as required
- Identify and lead improvement initiatives for maintenance build process as required
- Support MMS Analysts when required
- Support Maintenance & Reliability Team with performance standard reviews, criticality assessments and other ad-hoc maintenance build projects
- Work with relevant department champion / team leads to identify process and system improvement potentials
- Any other reasonable duty as per instruction by your manager

- Experience of MMS systems (Maximo)
- Understanding of the practical and technical requirements of implementing and reporting maintenance solutions
- Sound knowledge of MMS Maintenance systems and techniques
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite of tools
- Ability to effectively communicate and network at all levels
