A global leader in offshore energy technology, my client designs and manufactures advanced subsea systems and remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) for challenging deep‑water environments. Known for technical excellence and reliability, they support customers worldwide with innovative solutions.

The Subsea Tooling Manager will take responsibility for the technical and commercial performance of the tooling product range, ensuring engineering excellence, cost efficiency, and strategic growth.

• Lead design, development, and integration of subsea tooling products.
• Oversee tooling engineers and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and innovation.
• Own pricing models, budgeting, and cost control.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customer RFQs.
• Develop short‑term revenue plans and long‑term growth strategies.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for new product development.
• Coordinate delivery of tooling products to meet customer expectations.
• Champion safety and quality standards across all activities.

• Proven experience in subsea tooling, ROV systems, or subsea engineering (7+ years).
• Strong technical leadership and commercial Cinderella.
• Background in design/build environments and offshore energy standards (API, ISO, IMCA).
• Ability to manage teams, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Degree in Mechanical, Marine, or related engineering discipline.
