In this role, you will be at the heart of our offshore wind operations, ensuring that projects run smoothly from planning through to delivery. main responsibilities
  • Overseeing item the planning and execution of regional projects such as full-scope annual maintenance, contractor management, inspections, and local IT implementations
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between offshore sites and central functions like engineering and technical support

    Managing resources by coordinating tools, spare parts, documentation, third-party contractors, manpower allocation, and statutory inspections to ensure operational readiness
  • EQ leading site-based initiatives including asset management tasks and retrofit activities while ensuring all safety requirements are met before any work begins
  • Maintaining accurate project data in SAP systems, from equipment records to project performance tracking, and reviewing contractor service reports for continuous improvement

You will collaborate closely with Site Managers to align the right people for face-to-face inductions and drive regional alignment across projects. Success in this position means you have delivered reliable results on time, kept safety at the forefront of every task, ensured seamless transitions from construction to operation phases, and fostered strong relationships within multidisciplinary teams. Your ability to communicate clearly across different functionsrepresentium Vital as we work together towards a fossil‑free future.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Specialist Technician (WT4) or similar offshore/onshore wind role
  • Solid project management background, ideally in the energy or offshore industry
  • Familiarity with O&M environments and knowledge of wind turbine operations
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, RAMS, contractor onboarding, and compliance processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you’ll be coordinating across teams, regions, and disciplines
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
