This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team producing safety-critical equipment to the highest industry standards. You will play a key role supporting workshop operations, overseeing installations, and ensuring all electrical work meets ATEX and IECEx requirements.

This role would suit a time-served Electrician or Electrical Engineer with a strong installation and maintenance background who enjoys hands-on engineering, technical responsibility, and supporting others on the workshop floor.
The Role:
Provide electrical support to workshop staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Oversee electrical equipment installation within a manufacturing environment
Produce electrical documentation and certification for units under build
Ensure compliance with hazardous area installation requirements (ATEX / IECEx)
Assist in the preparation and execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) procedures
Support the production of ATEX and associated certification documentation
Supervise and mentor team members and contractors when required
The Person :
Time-served Electrician or qualified Electrical Engineer
Strong electrical installation and maintenance background
Knowledge of ATEX and IECEx standards
Comp Ex EX01-04 qualified
