Collaborate with a talented team to take products from customer brief to concept, through testing and into manufacturing, while upholding our commitment to quality and reliability. - A strong honours degree (2:1 or above) in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- A Master’s degree is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
- A genuine drive for continuous learning and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Our graduate programme is designed to help you build confidence, technical expertise, and a broad understanding of our business. Through our MPDS‑accredited scheme, you will rotate across departments, gain hands‑on experience, and receive mentoring from experienced engineers. You will also submit quarterly reports to the IMechE to track your progress toward professional registration.
Your Future With UsUpon successful completion of the two-year graduate scheme, you will be well‑positioned to progress within our engineering team. Advancement into an R&D Engineer role is based on performance, contribution, and readiness, supported by our structured grading system and a clear pathway toward Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
Working Hours- 37.5-hour week:
Monday to Thursday (08:30–17:00) and Friday (08:30–14:30). - Early finish on Fridays (2:30pm).
