You Will Be Doing

Collaborate with a talented team to take products from customer brief to concept, through testing and into manufacturing, while upholding our commitment to quality and reliability.   • A strong honours degree (2:1 or above) in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • A Master’s degree is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Advancement into an R&D Engineer role is based on performance, contribution, and readiness, supported by our structured grading system and a clear pathway toward Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.

Working Hours
  • 37.5-hour week:
    Monday to Thursday (08:30–17:00) and Friday (08:30–14:30).
  • Early finish on Fridays (2:30pm).
