We’re looking for a proactive and commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join our team delivering high‑profile, large‑scale infrastructure projects. • NEC4 Contract Management:
  Administer and manage contracts under NEC4 Option C, ensuring compliance and value delivery.
• Forecasting & Financial Control:
  Lead cost forecasting, budget tracking, and commercial reporting to support project delivery.

  Work closely with delivery teams to manage contractor relationships and ensure commercial alignment.
• Risk & Change Management:
  Maintain risk registers, manage change control, and support dispute resolution.
• Mentorship & Teamwork:
  Share your knowledge with junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.

You’re a confident communicator with a sharp commercial mind and a hands‑on approach. You bring solid experience in NEC4 Option C and thrive in fast‑paced, contractor‑led environments. You’re passionate about delivering quality outcomes and supporting others to succeed.

Essential:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc).
• Experience working with Main Works Contractors on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC4 Option C, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage contracts.

Desirable:

• Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS).

• Annual bonus of 6% based on personal and company performance.
