Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for an Irish Speaking Client Solutions Support role, offering fully paid relocation to a vibrant international team in Bulgaria! This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional client service and support in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will assist our multinational clients in navigating their journeys while ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.

This range is provided by Mercier Consultancy Medical. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with Irish-speaking clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of solutions
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback to improve service delivery
  • Conduct training and orientation sessions for clients to empower them in using our products and services
  • Stay updated on industry trends and our solutions to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
  • Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in client support or a related field is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and projects while maintaining a high level of service
  • A proactive team player who is adaptable and thrives in a collaborative environment
