Assistant Site Manager

Position: Assistant Site Manager (Permanent)
Kenton Black are recruiting for an exciting Assistant Site Manager opportunity with a leading house builder in the Aberdeen area, on a permanent basis.

The client is a premium home builder renowned for quality, design excellence, and outstanding customer experience. They are seeking a proactive site professional to support the successful delivery of high-quality residential developments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day management of on-site operations to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support the Site Manager with coordinating trades, materials, and resources
- Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with company policies and H&S legislation
- Monitor build quality at each stage and work closely with subcontractors to resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, contractors, and customers

What You Bring:

- 2+ years experience managing within residential house building
- A proactive approach with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships on site
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Relevant construction qualifications or equivalent practical experience
