Dron & Dickson are looking for anEx Project Coordinator
to join our Aberdeen team. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering client projects safely, on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

• Coordinate and manage assigned client projects
• Liaise with clients and internal planning, logistics and finance teams
• Attend planning meetings and provide progress updates
• Manage budgets, costs and Value of Work Done reporting
• Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and company systems
• Provide support and guidance to operational personnel
• Assess competency documentation in line with company processes

• City & Guilds Level 2 or NC in Electrical Engineering (or higher)
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness and cost control experience
  
  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Confident representing the company with clients
• COMPEX 01–04 & 14
• Offshore Survival (BOSIET / FOET / MISTS)
• UKOOA Medical

• Travel may be required
• Participation in an on-call rotation
