Account Executive - Scotland - pa

A global design company is on the search for an Account Executive to be responsible for the delivery of specific Client projects and supporting their line manager on larger pieces of work.

• Support the creation of presentations and client documents.
• Handle financial management of accounts, including estimating, invoicing, reconciliation and forecasting.
• Plan projects and manage work to agreed time frames, delivering work within client budget and profitably for the agency.
• Ensure projects remain within the agreed parameters of the brief and any agreed SLA or contract.
• Act as a client‑facing representative: participate in presentations and liaise with clients by telephone and email, maintaining a high professional standard of written communication.
• Maintain a proactive, positive, ‘can‑do’ approach, motivating yourself and team members, with a genuine dedication to putting the client first.

• Resident in the United Kingdom.
• Recent or current experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
• Strong written communication skills at a professional level.
