Senior Contracts Specialist

A global energy services organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Specialist or Senior Contracts Specialist to join its Commercial team in Aberdeen.

In this role, you’ll support a diverse portfolio of projects across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors—reviewing, qualifying, and negotiating a variety of client contracts. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, legal, tax, insurance, and operations, ensuring contractual risk is well-managed and business objectives are supported.

You’ll bring experience in contract drafting and negotiation, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders. A background in energy, construction, or another relevant sector is welcome, alongside a degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Experience with LOGIC or NEC frameworks is a bonus. As an integral part of the contracts function, you will be given a high level of responsibility and autonomy, working within a close‑knit team and reporting to the Commercial Manager.
