TEXO Recruitment are looking for an experienced Expeditor to join our external client team based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track procurement transactions to ensure timely processing.
- Resolve order discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Monitor procurement expenditures and report variances.
- Maintain accurate procurement records for audits.
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency.
Preferred Experience:
- Expeditor experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics is essential.
