This is a full‑time role for a Product Development Manager, based on‑site in Aberdeen. The Product Development Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end development and improvement of AI‑driven products, in particular our Synapse Dynamic Organisation AI, focusing on identifying client needs and optimizing software development processes. Responsibilities include conducting market and product research, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, executing product strategies, and ensuring that solutions fulfill client requirements while aligning with organizational goals.

• Experience in Product Management, including the management of product life cycles and strategy development
• Experience in innovative technologies and solutions
• Effective communication and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
• Previous experience in the Energy or AI sector is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
