Overview

The Well Services/Well Integrity Technical Assistant is responsible for providing general administration, document control and project support as required across the Exceed Well Services Division.

Responsibilities
  • Support the creation, update and formatting of technical documents in accordance with the Management System quality standards.
  • Administration of Well Integrity and Well Services documentation.
  • Administrative custodian of Well Integrity Management System to ensure MOCs, Risk Assessments, Test Reports, Technical Reports and well status is up to date, including access management.
  • Ensure Well Integrity and Well Maintenance teams maintain well files appropriately (Project Reporting, Audit folders etc).
  • Prepare/update presentations and any other required documentation (i.e. Monthly Well Integrity Presentations, Completion Schematics, Barrier Diagrams etc).
  • Interface for Client Well Integrity/Well Maintenance CMS.
  • Assist in compilation of Well Integrity & Well Maintenance Reporting Requirements.
  • Update and maintain Well Integrity and Well Maintenance planner/schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain performance data and reports for maintenance campaigns as required.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required within the Well Services and Well Integrity Division.
  • Assist with updates and inputs to Well Reporting system during Well Services operations.
  • Assist and support other well operations and associated administration tasks as required.
Accountabilities
  • Provision of efficient and accurate administrative support.
  • Prompt and effective resolution of Well Maintenance and Well Integrity queries.
Qualifications
  • Further education (university or college) preferred.
Experience
  • Strong proven technical administration background.
  • Previous experience working within the energy industry is preferable.
  • Experience working in a Well Services / Well Integrity / Well Operations technical support role is preferable.
