Information Governance Administration Assistant
An opportunity has arisen for an administrator within the Information Governance Team. This is a permanent office based post and the successful candidate will join a small established team based on the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI) site.
The successful applicant will require good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team. The post will provide support to the Information Governance team. As the post holder will be dealing with medical records, the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information is essential.
High standards of verbal and written communication skills are required, including standard grade English or equivalent. Ability to use Microsoft Office and previous administrative experience within a medical environment would be advantageous.
Hours for this post are Monday to Friday (08:30-17:00).

- Provide administrative support to the Information Governance team.
- Assist with handling medical records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation and communication in daily tasks.

Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.
As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part-time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
