John Clark Aberdeen is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant.
Your roleThe ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be a fantastic team player and be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within an accounts department.
KeyJob Requirements for Purchase Ledger Assistant
- Regular involvement in the bank payment process
- Agreeing Intercompany balances and reconciliations
- Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
- Processing daily bank payments and bank reconciliations
- Processing staff expenses
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Highly motivated
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Very competent IT skills including excel and word
- Highly organised with ability to time manage
- Experience of working within a similar role is essential.
- HNC/HND in Accounting would be beneficial.
- Preferential rates on vehicle parts purchases and servicing.
