Midstates Printing is seeking a full time Printing Press Operator at our facility located in Aberdeen, South Dakota. We are a family-owned and operated Commercial Printing Business.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and technical skills, with a willingness to train the right individual. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package:

• Operate and maintain printing press equipment to ensure high-quality production.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on printing machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Train and mentor new operators as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

• Proven experience as a printing press operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
